Ron Tyler, Interim Pastor Text Box: Missionaries Praises & Prayer Requests Praises: God for his anointing on an interdenominational Pentecost Sunday celebration planned & hosted by the Nazarene church in Jordan. 1500+ people attended &  there are reports of healing & deliverance. Pray that the Spirit would continue  to unite & empower believers in Jordan.   Praising the Lord for 700 pastors & spouses who attended a conference in Madang, Papua New Guinea (PNG) recently and that God’s will & empowerment will be felt by each participant as they return to their districts and ministries.   Request: For the people of Christchurch, New Zealand, the city suffered a series of earthquakes on June 13.  DS Neville Bartle writes that Pastor Ram & Padma’s home are without power, water, or heat and temperatures are around freezing this time of the year. Pray that God will strengthen, encourage, & comfort the people in this area as they are feeling very devastated & discourage at this the third major quake since September, 2010.   Sri Lanka—do you know the global location of this (hint) island is? It is an island in the Indian Ocean just southeast of India … formally known at Ceylon! Here is how you can be a prayer partner: · New ministry center that will open in Colombo on July 8th and the Lord will supply all that is needed to furnish the center. · Pray God’s blessings & protection upon the Nazarene Compassionate Ministries director, the DS, and their families. · For a new church in Matale which the Land has been secured but construction has been delayed. · Newly organized churches that they will grow strong. · JESUS Film teams & their families and that God will watch over the equipment & keep it working properly & from being vandalized or stolen. · For Nazarene leaders to obtain government clearance to work in the north. · The children, families, & staff of the 12 Child Development Centers (CDC) & the necessary resources to expand CDC ministry to more centers.
